- Golden pearl bleaching powder is a new professional and dust free bleaching powder which offers perfect results on bleaching techniques.
- It gives multiple clear blonde results and tri- lightening complex.
Mix one part of powder and one part of golden pearl cream developer 20 volume (6%) in a non- metal bowel and blend to make paste. Apply this paste on the desired area and leave for approximately 20 minutes. Rinse with water thoroughly.
