Shipping & Delivery:

• Global Reach: We provide international shipping to numerous countries.

• Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7-15 days. Pre-orders may take an additional 10-15 days.

• Tracking Information: Once your shipment is ready, we will send you an Air Waybill (AWB) number via your registered email or mobile number so you can track your order.

• Customs and Import Fees:

• All customs charges or taxes applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. SafronSkins cannot control these charges and is not liable for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

• Before purchasing, please confirm whether your country permits the import of the products in your order. Packages returned due to customs restrictions will not be refunded.

• Returns and Exchanges:

• • Return shipping costs for any exchanges or refunds are not reimbursed.

  • Refunds will only cover the cost of damaged or shipping-error items;  we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international shipping if the buyer does not respond or fails to submit the required documents to the courier  & opened or used items. 

  • Note:Perfumes can only be shipped to India, Malaysia, and Gulf Countries.

  Out-of-Stock Items

  If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be notified via phone or email, and the amount for the unavailable product will be refunded to your account. The rest of your order will be processed and shipped as planned.
