International Shipping Policy

  • Even if you live outside of the country, don’t fret! We also provide  international shipping to many countries. 
    Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. Saffronskins has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
  • Shipments will be delivered within  7-15 days for rest of the countries.Pre-order takes  Additional 10 to 15 days
  • Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email Or mobile number.
  • Shipping cost for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed.  If there was a shipping error or product damage we will only refund for the products. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used. 
  • Perfumes can only ship to India,Malaysia & Gulf Countries
  • PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to determine whether your country allows the product you are purchasing. Packages that are returned due to customs inability to accept the package into the country will not be refunded.  It is your responsibility to assure that the destination country is able to accept the products that you are purchasing.
  • If you require any additional information or have any questions in regards to shipping internationally, please contact us and we will answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

In the event an item is unavailable you will be notified by phone and/or email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account.  The remainder of the order will be billed and shipped.  Unavailable items will not be placed on back order.
