At Saffron Skins, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for our customers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and selected international destinations.
Please review our shipping, pre-order, and delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Location

Saffron Skins is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We primarily serve customers within the UAE and also support limited international shipping.

International shipping availability and charges will be displayed automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and order details.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (UAE Only)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day

  • Orders placed after Saturday 3:00 PM are processed on Sunday

Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days across the UAE
  • Estimated delivery: within 3–7 business days across the UAE

Shipping Rates (UAE)

  • Free Shipping on orders AED 150 and above

  • Flat Rate AED 19 for orders below AED 150

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for UAE orders only

  • Please contact us before placing a COD order

Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders.

  • Estimated delivery time for pre-orders: 7–15 business days

  • Pre-order items are sourced from Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and India

Once your order is dispatched and an AWB (Air Waybill Number) is generated, you will receive tracking details via email or mobile.

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • You will be notified by email or phone

  • The unavailable item will be refunded automatically

  • Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled

  • Unavailable items will not be placed on backorder

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to limited countries.

Important Notes

  • International shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination, customs, and courier services

Customs & Duties

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Additional Charges

Additional shipping fees may apply for:

  • Orders exceeding courier weight limits

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas

If applicable, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp for approval before dispatch.

International Returns

  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped

  • All international orders must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder

Customs Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased products comply with import regulations in the destination country.

If an order is rejected or returned due to customs restrictions:

  • A 30% handling fee will apply

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
