1. How long will it take to receive my order?

For UAE orders, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Pre-orders and international shipments may take 7–15 days, depending on location and customs clearance.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available only within the UAE.
Please contact us before placing a COD order to confirm availability.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Tabby, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout.

4. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an Air Waybill (AWB) number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your delivery status in real time.

5. What are your shipping charges?

  • Free Shipping for UAE orders above AED 150

  • AED 10 for Dubai & Sharjah

  • AED 19 for other Emirates

  • International rates vary by country and weight (calculated at checkout)

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via info@saffronskins.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
Used or opened products cannot be returned.
A 30% restocking fee applies for opened items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage.

8. Are sale items returnable?

No. All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
International delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
