International Shipping Policy

At Saffronskins, we are delighted to bring our premium products to a global audience. Please review the following policy to understand our shipping and delivery processes.


1. Worldwide Shipping

We offer international shipping to numerous countries.Please ensure your country permits the import of the items in your cart before ordering. Saffronskins is not liable for packages refused or returned by customs.


2. Delivery Timelines


· Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 7-15 business days.

· Pre-orders: Require an additional 10-15 business days for processing before shipment.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped,you will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) number via email or SMS to track your shipment's journey.


4. Shipping Costs & Additional Charges

Our standard shipping fee is calculated for parcels up to1 kg delivered to main service areas within a country.


Additional charges may apply in the following cases, for which we will notify you for approval and payment before dispatching your order:


· Overweight Orders: For parcels exceeding 1 kg.

· Remote Areas: If our logistics partner applies a surcharge for your delivery location.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties,taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Saffronskins has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


· Return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the customer's responsibility.

· Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or are incorrectly shipped.

· We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  · Used or opened items.

  · International orders where the buyer fails to respond or provide necessary documentation to the courier.

  · Packages returned due to customs restrictions.


7. Important Notes


· Perfume Restriction: Perfumes can only be shipped to India, Malaysia, and Gulf Countries.

· Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued for that item. The rest of your order will be shipped as planned.
