If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via info@saffronskins.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Used or opened products cannot be returned. A 30% restocking fee applies for opened items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage.
8. Are sale items returnable?
No. All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
